The Littlest Diva! | Woodbridge Family Photographer

Sunday, May 31st, 2009

Today I had the honour of photographing my favourite family who were also my first clients! Last year this little diva was just a newborn, but man oh man, look how much she’s grown and how beautiful she is!

Her brothers are pretty handsome fellas too!

They had fun playing soccer in the back yard, despite the chilly conditions!

What beautiful children S and N have!

It was a pleasure seeing you guys again today, and I look forward to seeing you again soon! Thank you so much for the opportunity today!

Coffee, tea or me?

Friday, May 29th, 2009

Today, at my weekly trip to Walmart, I found my newest prop! It is a gigantic tea cup! I’ve seen other photos using a prop like this and had to find one for myself. The selection was limited, but my daughter didn’t care!

I’m really looking forward to my next photo session this Sunday with my good friend Sandi and her family. Sandi became my first client when she hired me to do her maternity and subsequent newborn pictures. Since then I’ve also done her daughter’s baptism portraits and am doing her daughter’s 1 year portraits. We’ll also be doing new family portraits and head shots of her sons. I’m very excited and looking forward to seeing them again!

Stay tuned for a sneak peak of a gorgeous one year old in a tutu, boa and crown! She is definitely a princess in her parents’ eyes!

One more sneak peek! | GTA Child Photographer

I’m still in love with this little girl’s eyes from my photo session last week. As I process these photos, I smile each time I see her eyes. I just had to share a few more pictures before my client’s gallery is ready, which should be in a few more days Tanya! :)

Also, T looked so adorable in the tutu! I think this is my new favourite prop!

Oh those baby blues! | Milton, Ontario Child Photographer

I’ve been very excited about today because it is my first session for 2009!  This beautiful little girl turned 1 year old on May 14.  She is as sweet as her eyes let on!  I had fun rolling around on the grass to get these sweet shots!

I think the second one is my favourite!

I’ll have a few more sneak peak pictures posted in a few days, but had to get these ones up today!

Thanks to T’s mom for providing such a beautiful home for a photo session!

High Park

Tuesday, May 5th, 2009

On Saturday, on a whim, I decided to take the kids to High Park in Toronto to see the cherry trees in full bloom.  It was a lovely day.  The park was very busy!  I was VERY lucky to find a parking spot near the children’s playground on my second drive around the park!  Since I was by myself with the kids (hubby had to work), I wasn’t able to walk freely to take a lot of pictures, but I did manage to get these!

We met some interesting people through out the day and even came across a fencing class!

Then we walked over to the cherry trees.

Of course, S wanted to climb a tree (read: I made her sit there for picture purposes!)

We met a St. Bernard along the way.

We also met a quiet, old man.

And finally, what we drove 40 km for, the money shot:

We headed back to the car just in time as the sky opened up and it began to pour!  It was a lovely day!  Afterwards, we went to visit daddy at work and see the new office building to where his company is moving.

S fell asleep on the way home.  This is a cell phone pic, so don’t mind the bad composition!

The perfect end to a perfect day!  =)
