Christmas at my house!

Monday, December 7th, 2009

Remember my hard drive failure – my wonderful husband saved my pictures by using Linux to read the drive! It was an early Christmas present for me!

The tree is finally up! This year I did something different and put ribbon instead of tinsel on the tree. I have to say I quite like it! We each have our favourite ornaments that we like to hang. My daughter was a wonderful help decorating the tree this year, and she can’t stop touching the tree now! Here are a few pics of our beautiful tree!

It’s time to think about Christmas!

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

I know!  I know!  Most don’t want to think about Christmas when Halloween hasn’t even arrived yet!  However, a photographer’s schedule gets quite busy this time of year so now is the time to get the family photo for the Christmas card in order!

This year I am offering a family mini-session for your holiday cards!  For $125, you’ll receive the mini-session lasting 1 hour, either in your home or a mutually agreed upon location and 25 custom designed cards (5×7) and envelopes.  You’ll have a number of fresh and unique designs to choose from!  Here are a few examples:

If you’re interested in booking a session, please contact me at (647) 448-9934 or email jennifer@naturallybeautifulphotography.com.  I look forward to hearing from you!

The fine print:

  • The session must be completed no later than November 22, 2009.
  • The full session fee is required upon booking to reserve your date.  The session fee is non-refundable.
  • There is a limit of 6 family members.  Additional family members can be included at $20 per person.
  • Locations further than 50km from my home in Brampton will be charged a travel fee of $20.
  • Additional sets of cards can be purchased in quantities of 25 at $60 per set.
  • A la carte products are also available for sale.

Trimming the Tree

Saturday, November 29th, 2008

We, er I, have a rule in the house – the Christmas Tree does not go up before my birthday.  My birthday was yesterday.  Usually we wait until the following weekend but with the baby due in the next two weeks, I felt it better to get the tree up sooner than later!

This year was fun because our daughter has a better understanding of what is going on.  She did think that putting up the tree meant that today was Christmas Day.  She was a bit disappointed when we told her it wasn’t!

Of course I documented the afternoon…

Finally the good part!

And last but not least, the angel on top!

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season so far!
